BBC Archives 1967-1969 is a collection of songs made by the BBC. In it are most of the sessions that Pink Floyd did for BBC radio, TV or documentaries. Some real jewels are present here, like the session with Syd Barrett.<\/p>\n
This release required a lot of work and took more than six months to complete. The goal was to present each track in the best possible quality. The process was long because one song was played at a time. For each song, we had to compare several different sources in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each version and then decide which to choose to work with. The mastering work was done very carefully, trying to repair every fault that could be corrected… and there was a lot (crackles, drop-outs, incorrect speed, etc.).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
