{"id":579,"count":13,"description":"<strong>Blues Et\u00edlicos<\/strong> is a Brazilian blues band created in Rio de Janeiro in 1985 by the harmonica player Fl\u00e1vio Guimar\u00e3es , bassist Cl\u00e1udio Bedran and guitarist Ot\u00e1vio Rocha and, a few months after their debut, incorporated singer and guitarist Greg Wilson and drummer Gil Eduardo . In 1987, the band recorded their first LP, under the independent label Satisfaction Discos. Soon after, they were hired by the label Eldorado, launching \u00c1gua Mineral in 89, San Ho Zay in 1990 and IV in 91. San Ho Zay reaches the mark of 35,000 copies sold, being the best selling album by a Brazilian blues band in all times.\r\n\r\nIn 1989, the band had a wide projection through the first International Blues Festival, in the city of Ribeir\u00e3o Preto, opening the festival on the same night as Buddy Guy. The festival was a game changer for the genre in Brazil and several national bands emerged influenced by the sound of the Ethical Blues.
